About RSA Institute
RSA Institute grew out of the international development activities of Beijing Xinjing Antai Medical Technology Services Co., Ltd. (北京新景安太医疗科技服务有限公司). It was established in the United States to support research, academic exchange, technology development, professional cooperation, and international outreach in recurrent spontaneous abortion and reproductive medicine.
RSA Institute was registered in 2011, with Fenglin Chen serving as Chief Executive Officer. From the beginning, its work combined research, professional exchange, technology development, and the international introduction of Antai’s medical technologies and patents.
Antai Hospital has focused mainly on clinical care and the application of related medical technologies, while RSA Institute has focused on research, academic development, professional cooperation, and international communication.
Historical Development
2011 — Registration and Establishment
RSA Institute was registered in 2011 as part of Beijing Xinjing Antai’s international development. Its purpose was to support research, academic exchange, technology development, and related work in recurrent spontaneous abortion and reproductive medicine.
2012–2013 — Team Growth and International Outreach
By 2012–2013, RSA Institute had developed a seven-member team: Jian Tong, Jing Wan, Xiaofan Wang, Xinglin Fan, Sophia H. Ma, Fenglin Chen, and Yinueryahefu Ma.
The group worked on introducing Antai’s medical technologies and patents to a wider international audience, including website development, Google search optimization, YouTube and Facebook outreach, and communication with medical institutions and professionals in related fields.

Early Office in Southern California
RSA Institute maintained an office in El Monte, California, where the team carried out research coordination, international outreach, website and media work, professional communication, and administrative activities.
2013 — Development in the United States
In 2013, RSA Institute continued to expand its activities in the United States. Its work included research planning, professional collaboration, international communication, and preparations for longer-term institutional development.
2014 — Continued Expansion
In 2014, RSA Institute continued to broaden its research and international activities, while developing plans for future facilities and long-term work in reproductive medicine and related biomedical fields.
Antai Land and Future Research Institute Plan
Antai Land was included in RSA Institute’s long-term development plan. The site was intended for the future construction of a research institute supporting scientific research, academic exchange, technology development, and related work in recurrent spontaneous abortion and reproductive medicine.
